What we collect, and why

Requests via WhatsApp. When you use the “Send on WhatsApp” button, your message is prepared on this site and then opened in WhatsApp: you are the one who sends it. So that we can handle your request, we also store the details you entered (first name, topic, dates, number of people, message). WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd.; its own privacy policy applies to conversations on WhatsApp.

Requests by email. The details from the form (first name, email, optional phone number, message) are stored and emailed to Fabien, solely to answer your request.

Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Requests are kept for at most three years after the last contact, then deleted.

Cookies

This site only uses technical cookies needed for it to work (session and form protection). No advertising cookies, no analytics, no sharing with third parties.

External content

Fonts and images are hosted on our own server. YouTube videos are only loaded when you click on them, in “privacy-enhanced mode” (youtube-nocookie.com); only then is data sent to Google.

Server logs

For security reasons our host OVH SAS records technical logs (IP address, date, page visited). They are deleted after 30 days at the latest.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. Write to us at [email address]. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
